The Universidad de los Andes has established a model of enterprise architecture - understood as the articulation between processes and organization (relationship between people, information and technology) - which seeks through its interaction and independence to fulfil the mission and strategic objectives defined in the Comprehensive Development Program (CDP 2016-2020)

Institutional transformation

The Institutional Transformation Cycle is made up of five stages that systematically articulate processes, organizational structure and technology, seeking a continuous improvement of the University's operations.
